Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Android app Pixel Joy: Pixel Art Coloring (“Pixel Joy” or “the app”), published by FightTech VN (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, its pictures or its other content, except as the law allows.

2. Free version and ads

Pixel Joy is free to download and play. The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob and gives you a limited number of hints, which you can top up, for example by watching an optional rewarded video. How ads use data, and how to change your consent, is explained in the privacy policy.

3. Pixel Joy Premium

Pixel Joy Premium is offered as three products, all sold through Google Play:

• Pixel Joy Premium – Monthly: an auto-renewing subscription billed every month.
• Pixel Joy Premium – Yearly: an auto-renewing subscription billed every year.
• Pixel Joy Premium – Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium permanently for the Google account that bought it. It does not renew and is not charged again.

What Premium includes

• Removes ads from the app.
• Unlocks all premium pictures.
• Unlimited hints.

The pictures available to everyone, and those marked as premium, may change over time as we add new content.

Prices and payment

The price, billing period and any free trial or introductory offer are shown on the purchase screen in Google Play before you confirm, in your local currency and including any applicable taxes. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged automatically.

Automatic renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play at the end of each billing period, and your Google Play account is charged for the next period, until you cancel. If the price changes, Google Play will tell you in advance as required by its policies and local law.

Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions (tap your profile picture in the Play Store to find it), or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not offer refunds outside Google Play's refund policy, except where the law requires it. To ask for a refund, use Google Play's refund request process.

Restoring Premium

Premium is linked to the Google account that bought it. On a new phone or after reinstalling, sign in to Google Play with that account, open the app and tap More › Restore purchases.

4. Pictures and your creations

The pictures in the app are made for it or adapted from sources that allow it; credits are listed in the app under More › Artwork credits. Pictures you color, save or share from the app are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use. The app's design, code, pictures and packaging remain the property of FightTech VN or its licensors.

5. Fair use

Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or with ads and purchases (for example by tampering with the app or faking purchases), or infringes anyone's rights.

6. Your progress and availability

There is no account and no cloud save: your progress is stored on your device only. We are not responsible for progress lost when a device is reset, lost or replaced, or when the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared. We may add, change or remove pictures and features, and we may stop offering the app. If we stop offering Premium features you have paid for, we will handle it as Google Play's policies and the law require.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, FightTech VN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the app or the law changes. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
