Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of FilCam — published on Google Play as FilCam: Pro Manual RAW Camera, package app.filmode.filcam — published by FightTech. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
1. What the app is
The app is a camera. It operates the camera hardware in your Android device, exposes manual controls over it, writes the resulting photographs to your own storage, and lets you edit them afterwards. It does not host, provide, stream or download any content, and it does not connect to a server of ours.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app free of charge on Android devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms and with the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, except where that right cannot be restricted by law.
3. Price
The app is free. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase, no paid tier and no advertising. RAW DNG capture and every other feature are included at no cost. We may change this in a future version; anything you have already installed keeps working as it is, and any change would be announced before it took effect.
4. Your photographs
You own the photographs you take, and you are solely responsible for them: for having the right to photograph your subject, for the consent of the people in the frame where the law requires it, for the places you photograph in, and for how you use, publish or share the result. We claim no rights in your images and never receive them.
5. Your files
Photographs are written to your own device storage and stay there. The app does not delete or modify files it did not create. You are responsible for backing up your photographs; we cannot recover anything lost or deleted.
6. Location and metadata
If you enable Save location in photos, GPS coordinates are written into the EXIF metadata of the photographs you take. That metadata travels with the file when you share it. You are responsible for deciding whether to enable the setting and for what you subsequently share. See the Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Camera capability differs enormously between Android devices: the available ISO and shutter range, the longest exposure, HEIF encoding, RAW DNG support and the accuracy of manual focus all come from your phone's own hardware and drivers. We do not guarantee that any particular control, format or exposure time will be available on your device, nor that every photograph will be captured successfully.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of photographs, data or storage space, or for a missed shot, arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and these terms do not affect the statutory consumer rights you have under Vietnamese law or the law of your country of residence.
9. Changes and availability
We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may stop distributing the app; copies already installed continue to work as-is.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
