Terms of Use
By installing or using Calmly: Color by Number ("the app") you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork packages.
2. Premium
- Monthly / Yearly subscription - billed through Google Play at the price shown before purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
- Lifetime - a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium permanently for the Google account that bought it.
- Premium unlocks premium-marked pictures, unlimited hints and removes ads. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
- Use More › Restore purchases to restore Premium on a new device.
3. Artwork
Paintings are public-domain works reproduced from Wikimedia Commons; illustrations are CC0. Pictures you colour and export are yours to keep and share. The app's own design, code and packaging are © Trung-Hieu Tran.
4. Availability
We may add, change or remove pictures and features, and may discontinue the app. Local progress is stored on your device only; we are not responsible for data lost when a device is reset or the app is uninstalled.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Trung-Hieu Tran is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
